Step 2: Schedule Your Assessment Once we have your information, we’ll send you a follow-up email to schedule a 30-minute in-person assessment for just $30. This session will help us understand your unique needs and set you up for success. Can’t make it in person? No problem — we can arrange a phone call instead!
Step 3: Get Your Personalized Assessment Your in-person (or phone) assessment is a chance for us to meet you, learn about your goals, and evaluate your fitness level. This allows us to place you in the best training option to support your growth and success.
Step 4: Choose Your Training Path Based on your assessment, we’ll recommend one of three training paths to fit your fitness level, goals, and preferences.
Step 5: Get Started! Once you’ve chosen your path, we’ll add you to our system and get you ready to begin your journey. From personalized training to group energy, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
